Hozzávalók:(21 cm formához) Az alaphoz:
A krémhez:
A tetejére:

Elkészítés:
Az egész tojásokat a porrá őrölt édesítővel keverjük habosra. Ezalatt a térfogata a többszörösére nő, sűrű krém lesz belőle.
A száraz hozzávalókat vegyítsük el és óvatosan forgassuk a tojásos keverékhez. Az edény széléről csurgassuk bele az olvasztott kókuszvajat és lazán forgassuk össze az egészet. (Ne öntsd az olajat a masszába, mindig csak az edény széléről csurgasd bele!!!)
Ilyenkor egy kicsit úgy tűnik, hogy összeesik az olajtól a tészta, de szépen meg fog sülni. Egy kapcsos tortaformát béleljünk ki sütőpapírral, öntsük bele a masszát, és 180 fokra előmelegített sütőben 20-25 perc alatt süssük meg. Ha kész a piskóta, hagyjuk hűlni pár percet a formában, majd vágjuk körbe és óvatosan borítsuk rácsra. Húzzuk le róla a sütőpapírt és hűtsük ki. Ha kihűlt, tegyük vissza a kapcsos formába.
A tojásfehérjéket kezdjük el felverni, amikor félkemény, akkor kanalanként adjuk hozzá az édesítő felét. Verjük kemény fényes, habbá, mintha habcsókot készítenénk, majd tegyük félre.
A csokit vízgőz felett felolvasztjuk, majd langyosra visszahűtjük.
A tojássárgákat keverjük habosra az édesítő felével, adjuk hozzá a kakaóport és keverjük csomómentesre.
A zselatinlapokat áztassuk hideg vízbe pár percre, majd oldjuk fel a forró kávéban.
Folytonos keverés közben csurgassuk a forró zselatinos kávét a tojássárgákhoz. A kemény tojáshabot több részletben forgassuk bele kávés kakaós krémbe. Adjuk hozzá a csokit is és forgassuk össze. A kókuszkrémet verjük fel, majd ezt is forgassuk bele a csokis krémbe, de óvatosan, minél kevésbé törjön össze a hab.
Öntsük a krémet a piskóta tetejére és tegyük a hűtőbe, hogy megdermedjen. A tetejét rakjuk ki eper szeletekkel és már tálalhatjuk is.
