Elkészítés:
Olívaolajon kevés sóval megpároljuk a felkockázott hagymát. Rátesszük a zúzott fokhagymát, a kakukkfüvet, a szurokfüvet, a bazsalikomot, és a borsot. Beleszórjuk a lencsét, teszünk bele reszelt sárgarépát és összevagdalt zellerszárat, vagy reszelt zellert (ez most kimaradt). Felöntjük a paradicsommal és vízzel, majd puhára főzzük. Mivel a lencse folyadékigénye nagy, ezért többször felöntjük vízzel, mire megpuhul.( ha nem vörös lencsét használunk, akkor előző este áztassuk be, így hamarabb megpuhul majd)
A besamel mártáshoz a vajat felforrósítjuk. Beleszórjuk a lisztet, és világosra pirítjuk. Közben szórunk bele őrölt fehér borsot és reszelünk bele szerecsendiót. Felöntjük tejjel, zöldséglével, megsózzuk, és alaposan összeforraljuk. Nem főzzük sűrűre, hogy kényelmesen lehessen “terelgetni” a lencseszószon.
Egy sütőedényt kivajazunk és egy kevés lencsét szétkenünk benne. Befedjük a lasagne lapokkal, amit megkenünk a lencsével. A lencserétegre besamel kerül, majd reszelünk rá sajtot.
Ezt a rétgezést addig folytatjuk, amíg tartanak a hozzávalók.
A legfelső sor tésztára jó sok besamelt kenünk, vigyázva arra, hogy tökéletesen lezárja, mert az így keletkező gőzben jól megpuhulnak a tésztalapok.
Vastagon megpakoljuk reszelt sajttal, és betesszük a sütőbe.
Hőlégkeverésben 180 fokon 25-30 perc alatt gyönyörű színűvé válik a teteje, a belseje pedig finom, puha lesz.
