A medvehagyma felét aprítom, a hagymát és a paprikát karikákra vágom, a paradicsomot nyolcadolom, az újhagymaszárakból rövid darabokat vágok.
A tojásokat kevés tejjel összekeverem, fűszerezem.
A szalonnát megpirítom, rádobom a zöldségeket, rövid idő után ráöntöm a tojást, ismét fűszerezem.
Egy tányérra szedem a rántottát, medvehagymával, és zeller zölddel díszítem.
Friss ropogós zsemlével tálalom.
