Mogyorókrém otthon készítve

Hozzávalók:

  • 60 dkg cukor
  • 6 dl víz
  • 50 dkg ráma
  • 1 kg tejpor ( Metróba lehet kapni )
  • 10 dkg őrölt mogyoró
  • 2 ek kakaópor
Elkészítési idő: 30 perc Fogyókúrás: nem
Költség: 1500-2000 FT Vegetáriánus: igen
Adagok: több mint 12 főre Gluténmentes: igen
Nehézség: Nagyon egyszerű Laktózmentes: nem

Elkészítés:

Fehér réteg: A 30 dkg cukrot, 3 dl vízzel melegítjük, míg a cukor el nem olvad benne (szirupot készítünk), majd hűtjük. Hozzáadjuk a 25 dkg rámát, jól kikeverjük. Utána belekeverjük a fél kg tejport és 5dkg mogyorót.Alaposan kidolgozzuk.

A barna réteghez a maradék 30 dkg cukrot felmelegítjük 3dl vízzel (sziruppá), majd hozzáadjuk a 25 dkg margarint, a fél kg tejport, 5dkg mogyorót és a kakaóport is.

Alaposan kikeverjük.Tiszta üvegekbe rétegezzük.

Tipp / megjegyzés:

Egy otthoni háztartásba elég fele vagy negyede mennyiséget készíteni, mert ez cukrászati mennyiség, 2 kg mogyorókrém lesz belőle. A receptet egy cukrász ismerősömtől kaptam.
