Hozzávalók:

  • 1 tojás
  • 3 evőkanál vaj
  • fél csomag sütőpor
  • 1 citrom reszelt héja
  • 3 evőkanál cukor

  • 1 kis üveg sárgabarack lekvár
  • 4 tojás

  • 2 evőkanál cukor

Elkészítés:

A tésztához valókat alaposan össze gyúrjuk, majd 20 percig pihentetjük.Egy tepsit kiolajozunk lisztezünk, vagy kibéleljük sütőpapírral.

A tészta háromnegyed részét lisztezett deszkán kinyújtjuk, és a tepsibe tesszük.Megkenjük barack lekvárral.

A diót, a tojássárgájával, a citrom levével, és a cukorral alaposan összekeverjük.
