Elkészítés:
Az élesztőt felfuttatom kis cukros langyos tejben.
A tésztát jól összegyúrom és kb. 1 órát kelesztem, majd 6 db kört nyújtok.
A 2 tojásfehérjét kemény habbá verem beleteszek ízlés szerint cukrot vanília cukrot, a diót és annyi meleg tejet hogy jó puha tölteléket kapjunk .
Az első lapot egy sütőpapírral bélelt tepsibe teszem.
Megkenem a diós töltelékkel, majd kinyújtom a második lapot és befedem,ismét diós töltelék és befedem. (ezt még egyszer megismétlem a második kaláccsal)
Egy pohárral kijelölöm a napraforgó közepét, majd egy késsel felcsíkozom a tésztát.
Minden csíkot tetszés szerint kétszer vagy háromszor megcsavarok. Kb. 30 percig pihentetem majd megkenem tojással.
A közepét megszórom vágott dióval .
Előmelegített sütőben 25-30 perc alatt szép pirosra sütöm.(tűpróba)
