Elkészítés:
A tészta hozzávalóit összegyúrjuk, jól kidolgozzuk és hat egyforma darabba vágjuk. A lapokat egyesével kinyújtjuk és külön külön megsütjük.
A csokis pudingot a szokásos eljárással megfőzzük, majd kihűtjük. Hozzákeverünk fél doboz mascarponét, a kakaóport és simára kikeverjük. A 2 dl tejszínt habbá verjük és óvatosan a csokis krémbe forgatjuk.
A vaníliás krémet ugyanígy készítjük el.
A lapokat először a csokis krémmel kezdjük megtölteni, majd jön rá a második lap erre a sárga krém és ismét lap. Addig folytatjuk így váltakozva a rétegezést amíg tartanak a hozzávalók.
A tetejére kenjük a habfixálóval és a porcukorral felvert tejszínt. Majd olvasztott csokoládéval és eperrel díszítjük.
Egyszerű, könnyű sütemény.
