

Karamellás krémes
Hozzávalók:(24×39 cm-es tepsihez) A piskótához:
A krémhez:
A tetejére:

Elkészítés:
A tojásokat a cukorral habosra keverjük, majd hozzáadjuk a sütőporral elkevert lisztet és a kakaót.
Sütőpapírral bélelt tepsibe simítjuk, majd 180 fokra előmelegített sütőben 20 perc alatt megsütjük.
Egy lábosban a cukrot arany barnára pirítjuk, majd felöntjük 1 dl tejjel. Olvadásig kevergetjük lassú tűzön.
A lisztet csomómentesre keverjük a maradék 2 dl tejjel és a karamellt besűrítjük vele.
Kihűtjük, majd a 2 dl keményre vert tejszínnel kihabosítjuk.
A karamellás krémet a kihűlt tésztalapra kenjük.
A 2 dl tejszínt keményre verjük és krém tetejére simítjuk.
Fogyasztásig hűtőszekrényben tároljuk, majd kockákra vágva kínáljuk.
