Narancsos kakaós keksz tojás nélkül – paleo
Hozzávalók:

Elkészítés:
Az olajat, a mézet, a narancslevet és az édesítőt egy kis fazékba tesszük és felmelegítjük. Csak addig míg az egész össze nem olvad.
A száraz hozzávalókat elvegyítjük és a mézes keverékhez adjuk. Keverjük össze alaposan, és hagyjuk teljesen kihűlni.
Kevés liszttel megszórjuk a nyújtólapot, (szilikonos laphoz lehet, hogy nem is szükséges). Átgyúrjuk a tésztát és 3-4 mm vastagra kinyújtjuk
Tetszőleges formára kiszaggatjuk és sütőpapírral bélelt tepsire sorakoztatjuk.
170 fokra előmelegített légkeveréses sütőben kb 6 perc alatt megsütjük.
Sütés után még puha a keksz, így kekszpecséttel mintákat nyomhatunk bele, de enélkül is finom, csak így jobban néz ki. Hagyjuk kihűlni, majd légmentes dobozban tároljuk.
Nagyon finom a narancs és a kardamom együtt, érdemes kipróbálni.
