Narancsos tepsis csirkecombok

Elkészítés:
A csirkecombokat, a megpucolt, apróra vágott fokhagymával, 1 pohár vízzel tepsibe tesszük, és sütőben készre főzzük.
A burgonyát megfőzzük.
A hagymát megpucoljuk, karikára vágjuk, tepsibe tesszük, mellé rakjuk a csirkecombot, a burgonyát, a kockára vágott füstölt tarját.
Másfél narancsnak kicsavarjuk a levét és ráöntjük az egészre, megszórjuk fűszerkeverékkel.
A fél narancsot pici kockára vágjuk, és hozzáadjuk a többihez, öntünk rá egy kevés olajat, és sütőben ropogósra sütjük.

Különlegessé teszi a narancs, bátran használjuk.
