Paradicsomos húsgombócok spagettivel
Hozzávalók:A húsgombócokhoz:
A szószhoz:

Elkészítés:
A húst egy tálba tesszük. Hozzáadjuk az apróra vágott vöröshagymát, a zúzott fokhagymát a tojásokat a fűszereket és a zsemlemorzsát. Alaposan összedolgozzuk. Kb. 2,5- 3 cm átmérőjű golyókat formázunk belőle és a hűtőbe tesszük míg elkészítjük a paradicsomszószt.
Egy mélyebb lábosban az olajon pár pillanat alatt megfuttatjuk az apróra vágott fokhagymát majd felöntjük a passataval. Ízesítjük cukorral és 2-3 db bazsalikom levéllel. 10 percig főzzük, félrehúzzuk, kóstoljuk meg és ha szükséges ízesítsünk utána.
Egyenként hozzáadjuk a húsgolyókat, lefedjük, majd alacsony lángon 20 percig főzzük. Ekkor egy húsgolyót kiveszünk, kettévágjuk és megnézzük, hogy átfőtt e. Ha igen, a lábost lehúzzuk a tűzről és kifőzzük a tésztát,
