Elkészítés:
A darált húsból ízlésünk szerint bekeverjük a fasírtot. (Használatunk sertést, marhát, vagy pulykahúst is.) Egy tepsit vékonyan kikenünk olajjal és kb. másfél ujjnyi vastagon belesimítjuk a fasírthúst.
A tejfölt a puha krémsajttal, a sóval, a borssal, az összenyomott fokhagymával és keményítővel kikeverjük. Hozzáadunk még olyan 15 dkg reszelt sajtot is, és rákenjük a hús tetejére. A tepsit, 180 fokra előmelegített sütőbe tesszük, és addig sütjük, amíg a széle el nem kezd pirulni. Ekkor kivesszük, megszórjuk még bőven reszelt sajttal, és visszatesszük a sütőbe, ahol addig sütjük, amíg a teteje szép aranysárga nem lesz. Kockákra vágva tetszőleges körettel tálaljuk.
Zöldséges rizzsel tálaltam, de kenyérrel, savanyúsággal is finom.
