Hozzávalók:

Elkészítés:
A megtisztított bordát beirdaljuk, 5 helyen kissé bevágjuk, és bele nyomjuk a fokhagyma gerezdeket.
A hagymát apróra vágjuk, a húsos szalonnát felkockázzuk.
Egy kiolajozott tepsi aljába egy pohár vizet öntünk, és beletesszük a bordát. Befűszerezzük, fóliával letakarjuk és előmelegített sütőben készre pároljuk. Ha szükséges, a sülés során még öntünk alá vizet.
Ha a hús megpuhult, levesszük a fóliát és megpirítjuk, hogy színt kapjon. Tetszés szerinti körettel, és friss salátával tálaljuk.
Tipp / megjegyzés:
Ha van időnk akkor ezekből a fűszerekből és olajból páclevet készítünk és kb. 2-3 nappal a felhasználás előtt bepácoljuk a húst.
