Születésnapi szarvaspörkölt
Hozzávalók:

Elkészítés:
A zsíron lepirítjuk a felkockázott szarvas combot. Kivesszük a zsírból, majd a visszamaradt zsírban lepirítjuk az oldalast és a gerincet is. Az előre lesütött hagymás zsírból rámerünk 5 evőkanállal és összemelegítjük.
Ezután négy rétegben visszatesszük a szarvas húst, rá a fűszereket, a sót, és egy evőkanál paradicsompürét. A réteg tetejére teszünk előre felkockázott és lesütött szalonnát is. A rétegezést addig folytatjuk, amíg a hús el nem fogy. A tetejére ráhintjük az őrölt paprikát és felengedjük annyi vízzel, amennyi ellepi.
Főzés közben nem kevergetjük, hanem a bográcsot rázogatva mozgatjuk a húst, hogy le ne égjen.
Amikor már félpuhára megfőtt a szarvashús, beleteszünk 1 db sárgarépát, ami segít az erős vad ízt elvenni, majd ráöntjük a vörösbort is.
Ezekkel együtt készre főzzük.
Főtt burgonyával, vagy nokedlivel tálaljuk!
