Hozzávalók:

Elkészítés:
A margarint felolvasztjuk nem melegítjük, csak annyira, hogy kicsit olvadjon meg.Összekeverjük az olajjal.
A tojásokat szétválasztjuk.
A sárgáját egy bögre cukorral, forró vízgőz felett fehéredésig keverjük.A sűrű tojásos masszát levesszük a gőzről, hozzáadjuk a sütőporral elkevert lisztet, majd az olvasztott margarinnal elkevert olajat. Alaposan kikeverjük.
A tojások fehérjét a maradék cukorral és a citrom levével kemény habbá verjük.Óvatosan a tojásos masszához keverjük, vigyázva, hogy a hab ne nagyon törjön össze.
Sütőpapírral bélelt tepsibe simítjuk a masszát, majd a tetejét megszórjuk a málnaszemekkel. (ha a málnaszemeket lisztbe forgatjuk akkor nem süllyednek a sütemény aljára)
Előmelegített sütőben 180fokon 30-35percig sütjük. (tűpróbával ellenőrizhetjük, hogy átsült-e )
A kihűlt málnás szeletet tetejét porcukorral meghintjük, majd a süteményt kockákra szeletelve tálaljuk.

Gyorsan elkészíthető és nagyon finom.Domján Mária konyhájából láttam Epres szeletet,és annak alapján egy pici változtatással készítettem el.
