Hozzávalók:

Elkészítés:
A szalonnát és a húst kockára, a zöldségeket tetszőleges formára és méretűre vágjuk.A hagymát, és a petrezselymet felaprítjuk. A zellerlevelet egészben hagyjuk.
A fazékba teszünk két kanál disznózsírt, ezen megdinszteljük a szalonnát, majd hozzáadjuk a hagymát és aranybarnára pirítjuk. Rányomjuk a fokhagymát, ollóval rávágjuk a chilipaprikát, megszórjuk a borssal, és köménnyel.
Hozzáadjuk a húst, megszórjuk a piros paprikával. Felöntjük vízzel, és beletesszük a zöldségeket.
Közben elkészítjük a nokedli tésztáját: a liszthez tojást, sót és kevés vizet keverünk. Amikor a hús már majdnem puha, beleszaggatjuk a nokedlit. Ha a nokedli feljött a tetejére, kész a leves, lehet tálalni..
Tálaláskor merünk a tányérba levest, a közepére teszünk egy-két kanál tejfölt. Ízlés szerint petrezselyemmel is megszórhatjukés , kínálhatunk mellé még chilit, ha valaki jó csípősen szereti.
