Felmelegítjük a palacsintasütőt amibe már nem került zsiradék.
A szilikonos formázóba adagolunk egy kicsi merőkanálnyi tésztát, majd miután átsült a palacsinta alja a formát leemeljük, átfordítjuk a tésztát hogy a felső fele is megsüljön.
Rétegenként megkenhető lekvárral vagy csak mellé kínáljuk tálaláskor.
