Cukkinis pite
Hozzávalók:A tésztához:
A töltelékhez:

Elkészítés:
A tészta hozzávalóit összegyúrjuk, majd folpackba csomagolva 30 percre a hűtőszekrénybe tesszük pihenni.
A kockázott bacont egy serpenyőben megpirítjuk, majd félretesszük.
A cukkinit megtisztítjuk, és vékony szeletekre felvágjuk. Sós vízben pár perc alatt előfőzzük.
A töltelék többi hozzávalóját a bacon kivételével alaposan kikeverjük.
A tésztát lisztezett deszkán, piteforma méretűre kinyújtjuk, úgy, hogy az oldalán a perem széléig érjen. Majd beletesszük a kivajazott és kilisztezett formába.
A tészta alján eloszlatjuk a lecsepegtetett cukkini szeleteket, majd ráöntjük a tejszínes tojásos masszát.
A pite tetején eloszlatjuk a pirított bacont. (nem baj ha a kisült zsírjából is csöpög a tetejére sőt attól csak finomabb lesz)
180 fokra előmelegített sütőben 40-50 perc alatt arany barnára sütjük.
El is készült a finom cukkinis pite.
