Elkészítés:
A zsemle hozzávalót a kenyérsütő gép üstjébe pakoljuk, majd dagasztó programra állítva hagyjuk, hogy a gép dagassza-kelessze a tésztát. Miután megkelt, lisztezett felületre borítjuk és 6 egyforma darabba vágjuk a tésztát.
Egyenként megformázzuk a zsemléket, majd sütőpapírral bélelt tepsire sorakoztatjuk őket, egymástól kicsit távolabb, hiszen még kelni fognak. Letakarjuk egy konyharuhával, és hagyjuk, hogy a duplájára keljenek.
Amikor a gömböcök megkeltek, a tetejüket lekenjük a felvert tojással, és megszórjuk szezámmaggal. 180 fokra előmelegített sütőben kb 15-18 perc alatt megsütjük. Szép nagy zsemlék lesznek.
Elkészítjük a hamburger szószt. A majonézt, ketchupot, és a mustárt egy tálkában összekeverjük. Hozzáadjuk a nagyon apróra vágott lilahagymát és csemegeuborkát, majd ízlés szerint fűszerezzük a sóval és borssal. Betesszük a hűtőbe.
A marhahúst sózzuk-borsozzuk, hozzáadjuk a vöröshagymát a ketchupot és a mustárt majd alaposan összedolgozzuk. 6 egyforma méretű gombócot formázunk belőle. (kb 12-13 dkg/ gombóc.)
Egy grillserpenyőt felhevítünk, vékonyan kiolajozunk, majd a kerekre lapogatott húspogácsák mindkét oldalát megsütjük benne. Még forrón, minden húspogácsa tetejére 1-1 szelet sajtot teszünk.
A házi készítésű zsemléket kettévágjuk, Mindegyikbe teszünk egy kevés hamburgerszószt, rá a paradicsom szeleteket, egy szelet sajtot, majd a még forró sajtos hamburgerhúst. A tetejére egy kevés hamburgerszósz és káposztasaláta következik, végül a zsemlék teteje.
Azonnal fogyasztjuk. Jó étvágyat kívánok!
