Elkészítés:
Az epret kicsumázzuk, és alaposan megmossuk. A szegfűszeget és a fahéjat egy kevés vízben kifőzzük.
Az epret vízben feltesszük főni, majd 10-15 perc főzés után leturmixoljuk és átszűrjük.
Ízesítjük cukorral, egy csipet sóval és citromlével. Hozzászűrjük a kifőzött szegfűszeg és fahéj levét.
A levest a tejjel elkevert pudingporral besűrítjük, majd hozzáadjuk a tejszínt, és egyet forralunk rajta.
A levest lehűtjük, eperszemekkel és tejszínhabbal díszíthetjük.
