A gombát megmossuk, szeleteljük. A sajtot lereszeljük. A szalonnát és a vöröshagymát apróra vágjuk. A kifliket vagy zsemléket ketté vágjuk.
A szalonnát kipirítjuk, megdinszteljük rajta a vöröshagymát. Rátesszük a gombát, sózzuk, borsozzuk, rászórjuk a pirospaprikát és addig pároljuk míg elfövi a levét.
Ha kezd pirulni, ráöntjük a ketchupot és kicsit forraljuk majd levesszük a tűzről.
A fél kiflikre vagy zsemlékre halmozunk a gombás raguból, megszórjuk reszelt sajttal és szép pirosra sütjük.
