Elkészítés:
A tészta hozzávalóit egy tálba tesszük és alaposan összedolgozzuk.
Egy jól zárható 24cm-es tortaformát margarinnal kikenünk. Az összegyúrt tésztát egyformán belehelyezzük és jól lenyomkodjuk, hogy sima legyen.
A mascarponét a porcukorral, a vaníliarúd belsejével, a tejporral, a pudingporral és a tejföllel jól kikeverjük. A tojásokat egyenként hozzáadjuk, és az egészet teljesen egyneműre kikeverjük.
A masszát a kekszes alapra öntjük.
150 fokra előmelegített sütőbe tesszük és 80-90 percig vízfürdőben sütjük. Amikor már megsült, a víz fürdőben hagyjuk kihűlni. (Én este készítettem és reggelre kihűlt.)
Ekkor lekapcsoljuk a tortaforma oldalát és levesszük róla. A torta tetejét ízlés szerinti gyümölcsökkel díszítjük.
Ha nem fogyasztjuk azonnal, a gyümölcsöket egy ecset segítségével vékonyan kenjük be zselatinnal, így szép fényes lesz, és elkerülhetjük, hogy kiszáradjanak.
