A zsiradékon megdinszteljük a vöröshagymát, rátesszük a fokhagymát, köményt, paprikákat, paradicsomot és 10-15 percig együtt pároljuk.
Hozzáadjuk a felkockázott zúzát. Sózzuk, és addig pároljuk, míg a saját levét elfövi.
Megszórjuk a pirospaprikával, és mindig csak kevés vizet öntve alá fedő alatt puhára pároljuk.
Nem baj, ha többször zsírjára pirul.
Galuskával vagy tarhonyával tálaljuk.
