Elkészítés:
Elsőnek a kókuszos részt készítjük el.
Kevés tejet elvéve a lisztet csomómentesre keverjük, majd hozzáöntjük a forró, cukorral elkevert forró tejhez. Tűzről levéve belekeverjük a vaníliás cukrot, tovább hűtve (kevés tejet elvéve a zselatint feloldjuk), és ezt is a tejhez öntjük. Végül beleforgatjuk a kókuszreszeléket is.
Egy őzgerincformát folpackkal kibélelünk, és belenyomkodjuk a kókuszos masszát úgy, hogy az oldalára is kerüljön. A tetejére is hagyjunk belőle.
