Elkészítés:
A krumplit megpucolni, majd apróbb kockákra felvágni, és enyhén sós vízbe puhára főzni. Amikor már megfőtt, leszűrni, majd krumplinyomón átnyomni és teljesen kihűteni.
A hússzeleteket kiklopfolni, majd besózni és egy rövid ideig állni hagyni.
A teljesen kihűlt krumpliba egyesével belekeverni az egész tojásokat, majd ízlés szerint sózni, borsozni és megszórni szerecsendióval. (alaposan elkeverni, hogy sima massza legyen)
A hússzeleteket először kukoricalisztbe forgatni, majd pedig a krumplis masszába.
Egy serpenyőbe olajat hevíteni, majd belehelyezni a hússzeleteket. Először lefedve alacsony hőfokon, majd a fedőt levéve és átfordítva a húst, mindkét oldalán szép aranybarnára sütni. Amikor már megsült a hús, papírtörlőre kiszedni.
