Elkészítés:
A burgonyát héjában megfőzzük, meghámozzuk és még melegen áttörjük szitán vagy tésztaszűrőn.
Az élesztőt a csipet cukorral langyos vízben felfuttatjuk. Ha a burgonya langyosra hűlt, a többi hozzávalóval begyúrjuk a tésztát.
Meleg helyen letakarva egy fél órát kelesztjük. A sonkát és a bacont vékony csíkokra vágjuk. A hagymát, pórét, kolbászt, paprikát, paradicsomot vékony karikákra vágjuk.
A fokhagymát átnyomjuk vagy apróra vágjuk és a tejfölbe keverjük. A sajtot lereszeljük. Egy nagyobb tepsit kizsírozunk és belenyomkodjuk a tésztát.
Megkenjük a fokhagymás tejföllel, rápakoljuk a feltéteket tetszőleges sorrendben.
Meglocsoljuk a maradék tejföllel, megszórjuk a reszelt sajttal és előmelegített sütőben 30-35 percig sütjük.
A feltétet tetszőlegesen variálhatjuk attól függően, hogy mit szeretünk vagy éppen mi van otthon!
