Lilahagymàs lencsesalàta

Hozzávalók:

  • 30 dkg lencse
  • 5 dkg füstölt szalonna (főtt, vagy császárszalonna)
  • 1 közepes fej lila hagyma
  • 2 gerezd fokhagyma
  • 350 g tejföl
  • 6 ek. majonéz
  • 1 ek. mustár (dijoniból kevesebb is elég lehet)
  • 1 ek. almaecet
  • só ízlés szerint
  • bors ízlés szerint
  • 3 db szegfűszeg
  • 1 tk. szegfűbors
  • 2 db babérlevél
Elkészítési idő: 1 óra Fogyókúrás: nem
Költség: 500-1000 FT Vegetáriánus: nem
Adagok: 4 főre Gluténmentes: igen
Nehézség: Egyszerű Laktózmentes: nem

Elkészítés:

A lencsét átválogatjuk, leöblítjük, feltesszük főni (én nem áztattam be, de lehet úgy is csinálni).
Ha felforrt, leöntjük az első levét és átöblítjük. (Így kevésbé fúj fel.) Az új főzővízbe a lencse mellé tesszük teatojásban a babérlevelet, a szegfűborsot és a szegfűszeget, és megsózzuk. Készre főzzük (vigyázzunk, hogy ne menjen szét).

Amíg a lencse fő, elkészítjük az öntetet: összekeverjük a majonézt, a tejfölt, a mustárt, az ecetet, a fokhagymát. Sózzuk, borsozzuk.
A lilahagymát apróra vágjuk, a szalonnát felkockázzuk, és az öntetbe keverjük őket.

Ha a lencse megfőtt, leszűrjük, jól lecsöpögtetjük, és összekeverjük az öntettel.
Néhány órára hűtőbe tesszük, ha lehűlt és az ízek összeértek kínálhatjuk.
