Hozzávalók:
A krémhez:

Elkészítés:
A vizet a kakaóporral, és a margarinnal felforraljuk.Levesszük a tűzről.
Amikor kihűlt, hozzáadjuk a többi hozzávalót, és egynemű masszává keverjük.
Sütőpapírral bélelt tepsibe simítjuk, sütőben 180 fokon 20 percig sütjük. ( A tepsi mérete 24X22 cm.)
Amikor kihűlt a csokoládés piskóta, hosszában ketté vágjuk.
A tejszínt habbá felverjük, majd összekeverjük a mascarpone-val.
A lapokat rumos feketével meglocsoljuk.
A krém felét rásimítjuk az alsó lapra, a másik lapot a krémre tesszük.
A tetejét bevonjuk a maradék tejszínes krémmel, és málnaszemekkel díszítjük.
Díszíthetjük reszelt csokoládéval is.
A kész málnás tiramisut pár órára hűtőbe tesszük, hogy az ízek összeérjenek.
Én friss hiányában most mirelit málnát használtam, de ebben az esetben a málnát csak tálalás előtt tesszük a sütemény tetejére.
