Elkészítés:
A pulykamell szeleteket kiklopfoljuk,sózzuk,szárnyas fűszerrel megszórjuk. Ha konzerv gyümölcsöket használunk, akkor leszűrjük a levét. A friss gyümölcsöket felkockázzuk.
A pulykamell szeleteket kevés olajon serpenyőben vagy grillen megsütjük.
Egy serpenyőben egy kanál olívaolajon a cukrot arany barnára pirítjuk. Rádobjuk a gyümölcsöket, és átforrósítjuk (de nem pároljuk).
A tűzről levéve ráöntjük a rumot, és meggyújtjuk, hogy az alkohol kiégjen belőle. Óvatosan, mert belobban és színtelenül ég!!
Tálalásnál a gyümölcsöket a hús mellé halmozzuk.
Köretnek tehetünk mellé rizst vagy főtt burgonyát.
Gyerekek is fogyaszthatják mert az alkohol kiég belőle csak az aromája marad.
