Hozzávalók:

  • 1 kg szilva
  • 1 dl habtejszín
  • őrölt fahéj
  • őrölt szegfűszeg
  • cukor vagy édesítő ízlés szerint

A túrógombócokhoz:

  • 20 dkg túró
  • 1 db tojás
  • 3 dkg búzadara
  • csipet só
  • 2 ek. cukor
  • fél citrom reszelt héja

A tálaláshoz:

  • tejszínhab
  • szeletelt mandula

Elkészítés:

A szilvákat kimagozzuk, kisebb darabokra vágjuk és feltesszük főni annyi vízben ami ellepi. Őrölt fahéjjal, szegfűszeggel, és cukorral ízesítjük. Ha felforrt, levesszük a tűzről és botmixerrel pürésítjük. A tejszínt elkeverjük néhány kanálnyi lével és hozzáöntjük a leveshez.Összeforraljuk és ha szükséges utánaízesítünk.
Előző nap célszerű elkészíteni, hogy mire fogyasztjuk jól lehűljön.

A gombóchoz a túrót villával kissé áttörjük majd a többi hozzávalóval alaposan elkeverjük. Legalább egy órát állni hagyjuk majd  kisebb gombócokká formázzuk és forró vízben kifőzzük őket. Miután feljöttek a víz felszínére el is készültek.

A hideg szilvalevest a puha gombócokkal és ízlés szerint tejszínhabbal mandula szeletekkel tálaljuk.
