  • 6 egész tojás
  • 12 deka cukor
  • 16 deka liszt
  • 1 cs. sütőpor
  • 4 kanál víz
  • 6 kanál étolaj
  • a kakaóshoz
  • 2 kanál kakaópor

A krémhez:

  • 2 cs. vaníliás puding 
  • 8 deci tej
  • 7 deka cukor
  • 1 nagy narancs héja és leve
  • 4 deci tejszín
  • 3 deka porcukor
  • 1 tábla ét csoki
Elkészítési idő: 1 óra Fogyókúrás: nem
Költség: 500-1000 FT Vegetáriánus: igen
Adagok: 6 főre Gluténmentes: nem
Nehézség: Normál Laktózmentes: nem


Tipp / megjegyzés:

Az egész tojásokat felverem a cukorral, olajjal,vízzel,csipet sóval , amíg jó habos lesz ekkor hozzáadom a lisztes sütőport kettő felé osztom, a fele masszához hozzákeverem a kakaóport.

Sütőpapiros sütőlapon 160-170 fokon külön-külön megsütöm.

Amikor megsültek két -két egyforma lapra vágom fel.

A pudingot a tejjel és a cukorral megfőzöm,és egy fél csomag főzés nélküli zselatint még melegen hozzákeverek.

Majd kihűtöm, és hozzáadom a narancs reszelt héját és levét.

A tejszínhabot felverem, és a kihűlt pudingba a felét belekeverem. Ha kihűlt a krém a csokoládét belereszelem.

Ezzel a krémmel a lapokat megtöltöm.

A tetejét tejszínhabbal és reszelt csokival díszítem.
