Hozzávalók:

  • 1 kg őszibarack összevágva
  • 1/2 citrom leve
  • 15 dkg cukor
  • 4 dl habtejszín
  • 1/2 csomag főzés nélküli vaníliás pudingpor (gála)
  • 2 dl tej

Levesbetétnek:

  • bogyós gyümölcsök
  • őszi és sárgabarack ízlés szerint

Elkészítés:

A meghámozott kimagozott barackot összeturmixoljuk a cukorral és pár csepp citromlével. (hogy ne barnuljon meg) használhatunk botmixert vagy turmixgépet is ehhez a művelethez.

Hozzáadjuk a tejet és a pudingport, amivel csomómentesre keverjük. Végül a tejszínnel lazítunk, krémesítünk rajta.
Ízlés szerint adhatunk még hozzá reszelt citromhéjat és vaníliát is.
Beletesszük az ízlés szerinti gyümölcsöket és 1-2 órára hűtőszekrénybe tesszük. (Nyugodtan használhatunk mirelit bogyós gyümölcsöket is)

Tálaláskor ízlés szerint tejszínhabot és gyümölcsöket tehetünk a tetejére.
