Elkészítés:
A paszternákot megpucoljuk, megmossuk majd szárazra töröljük. Ezután nagyon vékonyra felkarikázzuk.
A fokhagymagerezdeket szintén megpucoljuk, majd apróra felvágjuk.
Egy serpenyőben felolvasztjuk a vajat, majd hozzáöntjük a tejszínt, hozzáadjuk az apróra felvágott fokhagymát, ízlés szerint sózzuk és megszórjuk őrölt borssal, és elkezdjük felforralni.
Amikor elkezd forrni, hozzáadjuk a vékonyra felkarikázott paszternákot. Újraforraljuk, majd kb. 5 percig, néha megkeverve tovább főzzük.
Ezután egy kisebb jénaiba, vagy tepsibe öntjük, majd a tetejét megszórjuk a reszelt sajttal.
Előmelegített sütőben 150 fokon kb. egy óra alatt szép pirosra sütjük.
A sütőből kivéve kicsit hűlni hagyjuk, majd tálaljuk.
Magában is igen laktató, de kínálhatjuk akár sültek mellé köretként is.
