Elkészítés:
Béleljünk egy 20×30 cm-es tepsit szilikonos sütőpapírral.
A lisztet, a sót, a szódabikarbónát, és a sütőport összekeverjük.
A cukrot és a vaníliás cukrot a vajjal krémesre keverjük. Egyenként hozzákeverjük a tojást, tejföllel váltakozva.
Keverjük jól össze, majd a végén óvatosan forgassuk bele a sütőporos lisztet.
Öntsük a kibélelt tepsibe, és simítsuk el a tetejét.
A tetejére való hozzávalókat összekeverjük és egyenletesen a tészta tetejére szórjuk. 180 fokra előmelegített sütőben 30 -40 percig sütjük.
Ellenőrizzük tűpróbával, hogy át sült e!
