Az idényjellegű gyümölcsöket megtisztítjuk, feldaraboljuk. (lehet vegyes gyümölcskonzervből is készíteni, ez esetben a cukrot mellőzzük, mert a szirup cukros, de készíthető fagyasztott gyümölcsökből is)
A gyümölcsöket, hideg vízben tegyük fel főni cukorral, csipet sóval, a reszelt citromhéjjal, és a szegfűszeggel.
Ha megfőttek a gyümölcsök, keveset kiszedünk a léből, és a főzőtejszínnel összekevert lisztet hőkiegyenlítéssel a levesbe öntjük. Beletesszük az őrölt fahéjat is, és felforraljuk.
Hideg vízfürdőben hagyjuk kihűlni, de akár melegen is tálalható.
