Hozzávalók:

Elkészítés:
A zsenge cukkinit vágjuk fel kisebb kocákra, az újhagymát vágjuk vékony csíkokra, a petrezselyemzöldet pedig vágjuk fel apróra.
Egy serpenyőbe hevítsük fel az olajat és a vajat, majd adjuk hozzá a felcsíkozott újhagymát, és pároljuk pár percig.
Ezután adjuk hozzá a felkockázott cukkinit, szórjuk meg az apróra vágott petrezselyemzölddel és az ételízesítővel, ízlés szerint sózzuk, borsozzuk, keverjük alaposan össze, és pároljuk puhára. (ha a cukkini nem enged elég levet és szükséges, akkor egy pici vizet önthetünk alá, nehogy leégjen)
Amikor a cukkini puhára párolódott, adjuk hozzá a tejfölt, majd turmixoljuk össze.
A pizzatésztát óvatosan csomagoljuk ki, majd a papírral együtt tegyük át egy tepsire.
Ezután kanalazzuk rá a leturmixolt cukkinit, majd pakoljuk rá a pici, zsenge cukkiniket. (arra figyeljünk, nehogy túl sok cukkinikrém kerüljön rá)
Helyezzük be előmelegített sütőbe, majd közepes hőmérsékleten süssük kb. 20 percig. Ekkor vegyük ki a sütőből, csipkedjük rá a mozzarellát, majd helyezzük vissza pár percre, hogy a sajt ráolvadjon.
