A krumplit héjában megfőzöm, megpucolom, karikára vágom, olajon megpirítom, a végén szórok rá aprított petrezselymet.
Amíg a krumpli fő, a spárga sípokat megpucolom, fás végüket levágom, sós, cukros vízben megpárolom.
A citromból vágok egy szeletet és félreteszem, 2 kanál tejfölhöz keverek aprított kaprot, csavarok bele citromot, öntök bele egy kevés bort, citromos olajat, összekeverem.
Tálaláskor a tányérra helyezem a spárgákat, rálocsolom a szószt, melléhelyezem a krumplit, citrom karikával, és kaporral díszítem.
