Hozzávalók:

  • 4 szelet karaj csont nélkül
  • só
  • grill fűszer
  • étolaj

A töltelékhez:

  • 1 fej vöröshagyma
  • 40 dkg gomba
  • petrezselyem zöld
  • só
  • őrölt bors
  • étolaj

Elkészítés:

A karajszeleteket kiklopfoljuk, sózzuk. A vöröshagymát és a petrezselymet apróra vágjuk. A gombát megmossuk, felszeleteljük.

Kevés olajon megdinszteljük a hagymát. Rátesszük a gombát,sózzuk,borsozzuk és addig pároljuk míg elfövi a levét. Hozzáadjuk a petrezselymet és levesszük a tűzről.

A hússzeleteket étolajjal megkent és grillfűszerrel megszórt alufóliára terítjük, egyik oldalukra teszünk a gombás töltelékből majd a karajszeleteket felgöngyöljük és szorosan alufóliába csavarjuk.

A tekercseket tepsibe vagy sütőrácsra tesszük és előmelegített sütőben 35-40 percet sütjük.

Köretnek csípős sült zöldségeket készítettem mellé.
