A krumplit héjában felteszem főni. A lecsóhoz a hagymákat aprítom, a paprikákat karikára vágom, a paradicsomot nyolcadolom. A másik hagymát szeletelem.
Egy nagyobb mély serpenyőben kevés olajon a bacont megpirítom, ráteszem a hagymát, üvegesre dinsztelem, rádobom a fokhagymát és a paprikákat, majd a paradicsomot, fűszerezem, megfőzöm.
Közben a májat beáztatom, többször alaposan megmosom, a hártyákat eltávolítom. Félreteszem. Egy serpenyőben olajon megsütöm a szeletelt hagymát, félreteszem. A krumplit megpucolom, felkockázom, s a hagyma serpenyőjében megsütöm.a krumplit, a végén szórok rá aprított petrezselymet.
Grillserpenyőben megsütöm a májat, fűszerezem
Tálaláskor teszek a tányérra 3 db májat, rá sült hagymát, mellé pedig krumplit és lecsót. Vörösborral fogyasztom.
