Elkészítés:
A joghurtot összekeverjük a sóval, borssal és a zúzott fokhagymával.
A csirkemelleket nagyobb szeletekre vágjuk,és a joghurtos keverékbe forgatjuk.
Egy éjszakára hűtőbe tesszük.
Másnap a húst a joghurtos páccal együtt egy hőálló edénybe öntjük, és alufóliával lefedve 170 fokon készre sütjük.
A végén a fóliát levéve kicsit pirulni hagyjuk.
Egy serpenyőben 2ek. olajon üvegesre pároljuk az apró kockákra vágott vöröshagymát.
Sózzuk, borsozzuk, és felöntjük a főzőtejszínnel, addig főzzük, amíg besűrűsödik.
Sült krumplival vagy párolt zöldséggel tálaljuk.
