Elkészítés:
A paradicsomot, a lilahagymát és a Mozzarellát felszeletelem. Egy citrom karikát félig bevágok és megformázom.
Egy tányérra rendezem, középre a lazacot, a fokhagymát apróra vágom, rászórom a salátára.
Meglocsolom citromlével, olíva olajjal, fűszerezem Teszek rá petrezselyem leveleket, s olíva bogyókat.
A lazacra teszek egy citrom szeletet dekorációként.
Beteszem a hűtőbe, hogy jól lehűljön, majd vajas pirítóssal fogyasztom.
