A lisztet elmorzsoljuk a margarinnal. Hozzáadjuk a túrót,sót és a tojásokat.
Összegyúrjuk a tésztát, jól kidolgozzuk, majd kétszer hajtogatva /mint a vajas tésztát/ kinyújtjuk ujjnyi vastagságúra.
Csíkokra vágjuk, majd kis rudakat vágunk a csíkokból.
Kikent vagy sütőpapírral bélelt tepsibe tesszük a rudacskákat, felvert egész tojással lekenjük.
Megszórhatjuk őket reszelt sajttal, egész köménnyel, szezámmaggal.
Előmelegített sütőben kb. 30 perc alatt megsütjük.
