Az élesztőt belemorzsoljuk a tejfölbe, de nem futtatjuk fel.
A liszthez hozzáadjuk a sót, a puha margarint, a magvakat, a tejfölös élesztőt. A tojásokat elkeverjük a kiskanál cukorral majd a liszthez adjuk.
Az egészet összegyúrjuk. (ez egy elég kemény tészta lesz)
Letakarva langyos helyen fél órát pihentetjük. A pihentetés után szimplán hajtogatjuk, és ezt a folyamatot háromszor megismételjük.(pihentetés-hajtogatás-pihentetés-hajtogatás)
Az utolsó hajtogatás után újjnyi vastagra kinyújtjuk a tésztát, és a tetejét egy éles késsel bevagdossuk. Tetszés szerinti kiszúróval kiszaggatjuk, majd egy felvert tojással lekenjük a pogácsák tetejét. Sütőpapiros tepsibe sorakoztatjuk őket, majd a tetejére magvakat szórunk.
180 fokra előmelegített sütőben szép pirosra megsütjük.
A tésztája tömör marad, de nálunk így is nagy kedvence a családnak.
