Elkészítés:
Először a húsgolyókat készítjük el. A darált húst összekeverjük a fokhagymával, az aprított petrezselyemmel, és ízesítjük sóval, borssal. Kis golyókat formázunk a masszából és egy jénai tál tetejébe helyezzük. Megöntözzük olívaolajjal és 1/2 dl vizet öntünk alá. Egy nagyobb edénybe vizet teszünk, erre helyezzük a húsgolyóval megpakolt jénai tetőt. Lefedjük a tál aljával és a tűzhelyre tesszük. A húsgolyókat így pároljuk. Kb. fél óra alatt készül el, de közben ellenőrizzük.
Ezután föltesszük a vizet főni a tésztának és nekilátunk a szósz elkészítésének ( én 30 dkg lisztből készítettem tésztát).
A fokhagymát olívaolajon megpároljuk, majd hozzáadjuk a paradicsomszószt. Sózzuk, borsozzuk, majd beletesszük az apróra vágott petrezselymet.
A tésztát a sós vízben kifőzzük, és a szószba forgatjuk. Végül a húsgolyókat is beletesszük. Összemelegítjük és végül megszórjuk parmezánnal.
