Elkészítés:
A szedret megmossuk és botmixerrel, vizet hozzáadva pürésítjük. (ilyenkor ha nem szeretnénk, hogy magok kerüljenek bele, szűrjük át.)
Hozzáadjuk a tejet, a tejszínt, a cukrot, a vaníliás cukrot, majd reszelt citromhéjjal ízesítjük.
Bele szórjuk a fél csomag főzés nélküli pudingport. (Ha egy egész zacskót hozzáteszünk nagyon sűrű lesz.) Kézi habverővel keverjük alaposan össze. (A víz mennyiségével variálhatunk a leves állagán, ha túl sűrűnek találjuk adjunk még hozzá.)
Tegyük a hűtőszekrénybe legalább egy órára. Miközben a leves lehűl, kicsit sűrűsödni fog.
Hidegen tálaljuk, friss szederrel, vagy egy kis tejszínhabbal a tetején.
