Hozzávalók:
A krémhez:

Elkészítés:
Az 5 tojást szétválasztjuk. A sárgákat a cukrokkal habosra kikeverjük, majd hozzáadjuk a citrom levét és a héját. Belekeverjük a sütőporos lisztet, és jól eldolgozzuk. Végül óvatosan beleforgatjuk a tojások fehérjéből vert kemény habot.
Sütőpapírral bélelt tepsibe simítjuk, és 180 fokra előmelegített sütőben kb. 20 perc alatt megsütjük.
A narancs levet a pudingporral, és a cukorral sűrűre főzzük. Kihűtjük, majd a szintén kihűlt piskótára kenjük.
A tejszínt kemény habbá felverjük (szükség esetén habfixet használva), majd a narancsos krémre simítjuk.
A narancslevet elkeverjük a rumaromával, majd hirtelen megmártjuk benne a babapiskótákat, és kirakjuk velük a sütemény tetejét.
A csokoládét vízgőz felett megolvasztjuk, és egy zacskóba töltjük. a zacskó csücskét kivágva berácsozzuk a sütemény tetejét.
A süteményt egy éjszakára hűtőbe tesszük, másnap kockákra szeletelve, porcukorral meghintve kínáljuk.
