A vizet a sóval főni teszem, mikor forrni kezd beleszórom a kukoricadarát, és állandó keverés mellett addig főzöm, amíg jól összeáll (kb. úgy, mint a tejbegríz).
Leveszem a tűzről.
Egy serpenyőbe kevés olajat öntök, és egy sor puliszkát, egy sor túrót terítek el, ezt addig ismétlem míg a hozzávalók elfogynak, a tetejére túró kerüljön.
Meglocsolom kevés olajjal, majd tejföllel (tejfölt nem mindig teszek rá), és összemelegítem, vagy a sütőben 10-15 percig átmelegítem, míg a túró elolvad .
