Hozzávalók:A tésztához:
A krémhez:
Díszítés:

Elkészítés:
A tojásokat ketté választjuk.A sárgáját a cukorral habosra keverjük, majd bele szitáljuk a sütőporos lisztet. Elkeverjük, majd óvatosan bele forgatjuk a tojások keményre vert habját. Sütőpapírral bélelt tortaformába öntjük, és 180 fokra előmelegített sütőben tűpróbáig sütjük.
Ha kihűlt a tortalap, 3 lapba elvágjuk.
A margarint a porcukorral habosra keverjük.A tejben elkeverjük a tojások sárgáját, és a lisztet, majd állandó kevergetés mellet sűrűre főzzük.Ha kihűlt hozzáadjuk a vajas porcukros krémet, és simára keverjük.
Ezzel töltjük meg a lapokat.
A csokoládét vízgőz felett megolvasztjuk, és bevonjuk vele a torta tetejét. A margarint kikeverjük a kakaóporral, és bekenjük vele a torta oldalát, és megszórjuk kókuszreszelékkel.
A többi krémmel tetszés szerint díszítjük a vaníliakrémes csokitorta tetejét.
Tipp / megjegyzés:
A rámába édesített kakaót tegyünk, és azzal vonjuk be a sütit, és azzal díszítsük.
