Hozzávalók:

Elkészítés:
A káposztát vágjuk vékonyra, majd szórjuk meg sóval, keverjük alaposan össze, és hagyjuk kicsit állni, hogy levet engedjen.
A vöröshagymát vágjuk fel apróra. A birsalmát hámozzuk meg, majd egy nagyobb lyukú reszelőn, reszeljük le.
