Csokoládés pite
Hozzávalók:A tésztához:
A töltelékhez:

Elkészítés:
(Pite sütőm átmérője: 25 cm, magassága: 4 cm)
A margarint az összetördelt csokival a vízgőz felett megolvasztjuk, majd félre tesszük hűlni.
A lisztet a margarinnal elmorzsoljuk, majd a tészta többi hozzávalóját is hozzáadjuk és jól összegyúrjuk.
Pite sütőbe a kezünkkel a tésztát belenyomkodjuk, de úgy, hogy pereme is legyen.
A tojásokat szétválasztjuk a fehérjétől a sárgáját. A sárgáját a cukorral alaposan kikeverjük és a fehérjét pedig kemény habbá felverjük.
A KIHŰLT csokis krémhez először a cukros tojássárgáját adjuk hozzá, majd a tojásfehérje kemény habját és végül a lisztet forgatjuk bele.
A tésztára ráöntjük a csokis tölteléket és előmelegített sütőben 180 fokon kb. 30-35 percig sütjük.
Tipp: A megsült, kihűlt pite tetejét megszórhatjuk akár fehér csoki reszelékkel is.
